Decision Making & Production

Making decisions based on the outlines of an assignment and producing them has been a major focus for me and my classmates this year. In the college atmosphere, with its increased workload, it's crucial to make effective decisions and produce assignments that not only follow the outlines but also convey an idea or concept in an engaging or informative way.

During my time in English 1101, I have completed numerous assignments that required proper preparation, decision-making, and production to make effective use of my time.  In class, we have had time to allow our peers to review and comment on our work, which helped us to create a better final draft to what we had previously made. Using thes skills, I can now use my time to a better degree and make better decisionss when producing an academic assignment.

Multimodal Literacy Assignment

In this assignment, we were asked to tell a story about a significant moment in our literacy development while incorporating a part of our daily reading concepts into our presentation. In addition to this, our presentation had to be multimodal, meaning it had to incorporate multiple types of modes of communicating information. This assignment helped me use my decision-making skills because it allowed me to decide what I would speak about, how I would present it, and how I would produce my final result.
