Writing and Power
The importance of examining identity, literacy, language, and power in literature often goes unnoticed. Not only did we focus on this on a personal level, but also in a group sense through discussions and question responses.

Writers Statement
Identifying why you are writing a certain piece of literature is just as important as the subject itself. With this assignment, we were tasked with creating a writer's statement, examining the importance of our choices in the writing process.

Question Responses
Responding to questions created by classmates perfectly exemplified the idea of "critically examining and acting on the relationships among identity" aspect of this learning outcome. This shows our ability to navigate peer-created questions and answer them on the basis of identity, literacy, language, and power.
